The 20 1-Gallon Bag and 20 300cc Oxygen Absorber kit is our most economical kit. It can store up to 100lbs of food. Use 1 300cc oxygen absorber per 1 gallon bag; for less dense food like pasta or oats, use 2 300cc oxygen absorbers. Mylar® Bags are your first line of defense for long-term food storage. When combined with oxygen absorbers and a bucket, Mylar® creates the best long-term protection system for your food that you can buy. Our Mylar® bags are multi-layered bags of metallized PET (Polyethylene) or aluminum foil and have excellent oxygen, light and moisture barrier properties. I recommend using our econ line for foods that will be rarely moved.
